1. Damaged Product Returns
If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. We will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary instructions.
2. Return Process
- Initiating a Return: To return a damaged product, you must send the item back to us at the address provided by our customer support team. The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Shipping Costs: For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product to you. If you are requesting a refund or exchange, you will need to cover the cost of shipping the returned item to us.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund based on your preference. We will refund the original product amount along with any original shipping fee (if applicable). Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
- Exchanges: Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will send you a replacement item at no additional shipping cost to you.
4. Time Frame
Please ensure that returns are initiated within 7 days of receiving your product. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns, exchanges, or refunds after this period.
